Whatever was the initial reason for building a business, the bottom line is that you wanted to earn money. Did you see yourself earning a five figure residual income check from your company? Depositing a $10,000 check into your bank account? Has it happened for you yet? How about a $5,000 check? What about $1,000? Is this type of money only reserved for the elite or the ones who got started right before you? Why can't you seem to break into the comma club? Let's discuss why.
I'll start by asking you a question you've probably heard before since being in this industry. "In a 24 hr period would you rather be paid from 100% of your own efforts or 1% of 100 peoples efforts?" Of course, after running both scenarios through your mind, it makes sense to be paid from 100 different people's efforts. It makes perfect sense, even if it's only 1%. Herein lies the problem. As a leader or even a new person in the business, being compensated is a huge part of building a business. For every person you introduce to the business you are paid a start up or fast start bonus from anywhere from $100-$300. For every person your new person introduces to the business, you are paid from $6-$30. This is why it's sometimes a problem to get in contact with your personal sponsor because there is more incentive in earning the $100-$300 from new associates as opposed to earning $6-30. Wouldn't you agree?
This is why there is so much attrition in our industry. People are more focused on themselves making as much as they can. Their focus is on sponsoring as many new people as they can. That's where the big checks are. Because new reps feel a distance or lack of training from their personal sponsors, they quit or look for leadership from someone further upline that they feel they can receive some training from to stay in the business. Because they have no help enrolling new people in their own business, some feel the business isn't quite working for them. Where is the incentive to remain focused on a business that is not even paying enough to afford the autoship cost? For some it's some sort of loyalty. For some it is a belief that one day the business will explode all of a sudden. How can one stop the attrition?
Every company claims to have the best compensation plan. "My comp plan is better than yours." This is a ridiculous claim when one has not thoroughly researched each and every comp plan from every network marketing company in the industry. When looking at a comp plan, ask yourself this new question. "In a 24 hr period, would you rather be paid 1% off 100 peoples effort or be paid 100% of 100 people's effort?" Now what would this mean for you? For every new business partner, say you earn $100. Traditionally, when your new person recruited someone they'd earn $100 and because they're on your next level you'd earn about $6-$24. To find a company that says when your new person earns $100 we'll pay you $100 as well, it increases your incentive to help them become successful.
I'll take you one even better. How about a company that says that for everyone that you sponsor you'll earn $100 commission? The first three people they sponsor and earn $100 commission, you also earn $100. Not only that. Every first three people they enroll and earn $100 commission, you also receive $100 commission. Not only that, but this $100 commission is paid to you through unlimited levels. Meaning a person from those first three down 20 levels that you have never met, earns $100 for a new business partner on your 21st level, you'll still receive $100! That would be awesome if a compensation plan like that existed. The reality is that it does and the product is something everyone in the world wants, needs and can never have too much of. What could that be? Money! I'd love to share more info with you. Ask me any questions and if I can't answer them I have a super support team I'd be glad to introduce you to. Here's to your wealth!
